# Views: the tabs on a list page are now yours

> Save any set of filters as a tab, give it a name, an icon or an emoji and a colour, and put it where you want it. Hide the tabs you never open. The order is yours alone; a global view shows up for everyone on the team.

## What changed

Every list page with tabs works the same way now: Orders, Dispatch, Tracking, Database, Billing, Payouts, Fuel, Tolls, Tenders, Fleet.

- **New view** turns the filters on your screen into a tab. Name it, then pick an icon or an emoji and a colour so it reads at a glance.
- **Private or global.** A private view is yours. A global view appears for everyone in the company.
- **Edit views** lets you drag the tabs into the order you actually use and hide the ones you don't. A hidden view waits in the menu; bring it back on its own, or all of them at once. Order and hiding are per person: rearranging your tabs changes nothing for a colleague.
- The small arrow next to a view you own opens its settings: a new name, another icon or colour, or removal.
- When the strip runs out of room, the rest fold into **N more**, and the tab you are on stays visible.

## Why it matters

A dispatcher who checks the same three filters fifty times a day should not rebuild them fifty times. The tab strip becomes the shape of your day, not a list someone else decided on.

## How to use it

Pick your filters, then open the **⋯** menu next to the tabs and choose **New view**. To rearrange or hide tabs, choose **Edit views** in the same menu, or right-click a tab and pick **Hide view**. **Reset view order** puts the original order back.
