# Driver pay: accessorial percentages, one-off gross, batch transactions

A driver paid by percentage can have the gross overridden on a single manifest, the same charge can be applied to many settlements as one batch with a note and an audit trail, and a statement can show the company fee.

Percentage pay is simple until the load carries detention, a layover and a lumper fee. Those sat outside the percentage, so somebody added them back by hand, every settlement, every week.

## What changed

**A driver can be paid a percentage of an accessorial.** Configure it once in the driver pay settings and detention, layover and lumper pay settle from the agreement instead of arriving as manual adjustments.

**A one-off deal is agreed on the load.** A driver paid by percentage can have the gross overridden on a single manifest, so the exception is recorded where it happened rather than corrected afterwards.

**The same charge can be applied to many settlements at once.** Select the settlements, create the transaction as a batch, and give it a note. The batch keeps an audit trail, so next quarter it still explains itself.

**A statement can show the company fee.** Deductions the company takes used to be folded into the total, which left the driver's question to be answered off-system. Turn fee visibility on and the statement answers it.

**Long settlement tables behave.** Headers stay in view while you scroll, selected rows get a bulk-action tray, and a PDF that fails to generate says so.
