- Statuses for Orders and Manifests can be added, renamed and reordered under Settings, Status Config, Custom Statuses.
- Custom labels map to system statuses such as Booked, Assigned and In Transit, and all automations keep working.
- Filter, search and report by custom statuses across the platform, including the board, analytics and Driver App.
