About Vektor
Enterprise Software DNA,Freight Industry Heart
Born from a boutique white-glove enterprise software firm. Since 2017, Vektor has built mobility platforms for the world's most demanding industries. In 2022, we turned our attention to freight, and Vektor TMS was born.
“We did not start in freight. We started in enterprise software, building platforms where every pixel and every workflow had to be perfect. When we finally met the freight industry, we could not believe how broken the tools were. That frustration became Vektor.”

The problem we saw
Freight was stuck in the dark ages
These are not hypotheticals. They are real pain points we heard from operators every single day.
The spreadsheet trap
“80% of brokerages have a spreadsheet with their loads.”
· Demo transcript
Critical load data lives in fragile spreadsheets that break, duplicate, and disappear. One wrong cell can throw payroll off by thousands.
The check call nightmare
“Check calls make up 80% of the responsibility of new hires.”
· Demo transcript
New hires spend all day calling drivers for updates instead of building relationships or moving freight.
The triple question
“Where is my truck? Where is my POD? Where is my money?”
· Demo transcript
Operators, shippers, and drivers ask the same three questions, but nobody has real-time answers.
Our philosophy
Three principles that guide everything we build
AI-first, human-last
Drop in the PDF. AI extracts everything in 15 seconds.
Let AI handle data entry, document scanning, and check calls. Let people make the decisions that matter: relationships, negotiations, and strategy.
Enter once, use everywhere
Data flows from load entry through settlement.
Enter a load once and watch it move through dispatch, tracking, invoicing, and settlement. No re-entry, no copy and paste, and no human error.
Consumer-grade for B2B
FedEx-quality tracking links. No password required.
A driver app in more than 20 languages. One-click tracking links your customers actually love. Software that feels like it was built this decade.

Our journey
From enterprise mobility to the future of freight
Nine years of building logistics software. Five years of enterprise mobility platforms. Three years of Vektor. The best is still ahead.
Veido founded
Started as a boutique enterprise software firm in Miami. Built mobility platforms for car sharing, fleet management, and enterprise logistics for demanding clients who expected white-glove quality.
Explored the freight industry
Studied how carriers and brokers actually operate. Sat in dispatch offices and watched operators juggle spreadsheets, phone calls, and five disconnected tools. We saw an industry ready for transformation.
Started building Vektor
Applied nine years of enterprise software discipline to freight. Every feature came from conversations with real operators, not assumptions. The architecture was AI-first from day one.
First carriers onboarded
Launched with small carriers running 5 to 15 trucks. Both systems ran in parallel until each team felt comfortable. Migrations had zero downtime, and every early customer shaped the product.
First large fleets
Carriers with 50 to 200 trucks began moving from McLeod and legacy systems. VektorBot, BillIQ, and AI rate con scanning went live. Carriers performed 22% better on the platform.
Enterprise scale
Fleets of 500 to 600 trucks began running on Vektor. Brokerage TMS launched, 326 ELD integrations went live, and more than $3.5B in freight moved through the platform.
The platform era
Carriers, brokers, and shippers work on one unified platform. AI agents handle check calls, document processing, and rate negotiations. The future of freight is here.
