Do I need Vektor TMS?
You can buy the website without Vektor TMS. Connected features such as Cap List, load tracking and shared documents need your freight in Vektor TMS. Your pages, quote form and driver applications work without it.
What if I use another TMS or an ELD?
Truck location reaches Vektor from your ELD or the Vektor driver app. If your loads live in another TMS, your site still takes quote requests and driver applications. Your free trucks and live tracking need your freight in Vektor.
How much does it cost?
It is $1,989 to launch, then $149 a month for website maintenance: hosting on Cloudflare, domain, your changes and support. You pay 50% to start and the rest when you approve the site. Pay a year of maintenance upfront and you get two months free: $1,490 a year instead of $1,788. The extras are optional and priced on their own.
How long until it is live?
2 to 3 business days after we get your logo and at least 10 photos.
I already have a website and a domain. Can I keep them?
Keep your domain. We build the new site on it and set up the DNS and your tracking address for you.
What happens when a broker or shipper requests a truck?
Your available trucks come from your Vektor capacity list. A request sends the lane, dates and offered rate to your dispatcher’s inbox. Nothing is booked until your dispatcher says yes.
Where do driver applications go?
Each application reaches your recruiter by email the moment it is sent, with the campaign if it came from an ad. If you add the AI recruiter, it calls and screens each driver first. Already take full applications in Tenstreet or DriverReach? Your Apply buttons can open that application instead.
Who do I talk to after launch?
Our team, by email or in a shared Slack channel if you use one. Changes go live within 48 hours, and we look after your SSL and domain renewal.
