What is a Vektor website for a 3PL?
A website on your own domain that Vektor writes, builds and looks after. It shows your services, each building with its facts and certifications, and a quote request that goes to your sales team.
How much does it cost?
It is $1,989 to launch, then $149 a month for website maintenance: hosting on Cloudflare, domain, your changes and support. You pay 50% to start and the rest when you approve the site. Pay a year of maintenance upfront and you get two months free: $1,490 a year instead of $1,788. The extras are optional and priced on their own.
Will my site show up on Google and in AI answers?
We build every site for it: fast pages on Cloudflare, a clean structure with the structured data search engines read, and clear answers about your business, services and region that ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews can find and cite. No one can promise a ranking, but your site starts with everything search and AI engines look for. Blog and social content can be added by agreement.
Can our clients see their inventory on the site?
Not on this site. Your clients keep using your WMS for inventory. The Client login button on your site takes them there.
Does the quote form price storage for us?
No. It collects the services, volumes and start date and sends them to your sales team. Your team prices it.
Can quote requests go straight into our CRM?
On request. At launch, quote requests reach your sales inbox with the services, volumes and location. If you want them in a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or Zoho too, we confirm the connection with you during setup.
We add buildings often. Is that a problem?
No. Send us the details and photos in Slack or by email and the new location page goes live within 48 hours.
Can we keep our domain and email?
Yes. We build the new site on your domain and set up the DNS for it with you. Business email on your domain is an optional add-on.
Who do we talk to after launch?
Our team, in a shared Slack channel with yours. Email works too. Changes go live within 48 hours, and we look after your SSL and domain renewal.
