What is a Vektor website?

A website on your own domain that Vektor writes, builds and looks after. You can buy it without Vektor TMS. Connected features such as Cap List and load tracking need Vektor TMS; pages and forms work on their own.

Who do you build websites for?

Carriers, freight brokers, shippers, 3PLs and forwarders. Each gets pages written for their business, with the words their customers and partners use.

Will my site show up on Google and in AI answers?

We build every site for it: fast pages on Cloudflare, a clean structure with the structured data search engines read, and clear answers about your business, services and region that ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews can find and cite. No one can promise a ranking, but your site starts with everything search and AI engines look for. Blog and social content can be added by agreement.

How much does it cost?

It is $1,989 to launch, then $149 a month for website maintenance: hosting on Cloudflare, domain, your changes and support. You pay 50% to start and the rest when you approve the site. Pay a year of maintenance upfront and you get two months free: $1,490 a year instead of $1,788. The extras are optional and priced on their own.

What happens after launch?

Your team gets a shared Slack channel with ours, and email works too. Changes go live within 48 hours, and we look after your SSL and domain renewal.

Can I keep my domain?

Yes. We build the new site on your domain and set up the DNS for it. Business email on your domain is an optional add-on.

How long does it take to launch?

Every website goes live in 2 to 3 business days after we get the materials for your business. We send you a checklist; carriers need a logo and at least 10 photos, while each other business gets a list for its own pages. Two rounds of changes are included before launch, and you approve the site before it goes live.

What does the monthly fee cover, and what does it not?

$149 a month covers website maintenance: hosting, changes live within 48 hours, and looking after your SSL and domain renewal. Ad budgets, text message fees and licenses such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 are billed to you by that vendor. Extras such as email setup and ads setup are billed on their own.

I already have a website. Can you replace it?

Yes. We build the new site on your domain and set up the DNS for it, so your address stays the same. Add your current website in the form so we can see what you have today.
