Freight Websites Service Terms

1. Who these terms are between

These Freight Websites Service Terms ("Website Terms") are between Veido LLC, the company behind Vektor TMS ("Vektor", "we"), and the business that orders a Freight Website ("you").

They add to the Vektor TMS Terms of Service. Where the two differ on the website service, these Website Terms apply. Everything they do not cover, including liability, privacy and how disputes are resolved, follows the Terms of Service.

2. What we provide

Launch: we write, design and build your website on your own domain, with the pages listed in your order.

Website maintenance, from the day the site goes live: hosting, SSL and backups; running on Cloudflare; domain and DNS management; business email addresses and signatures; your changes live within 48 hours; support in a shared Slack channel or by email.

Parts of the site that show data from Vektor, such as load tracking, available trucks or the way into your customer portal, work while you have an active Vektor TMS account.

Extras, such as the AI sales assistant, the AI recruiter, ads setup or email and IT setup, are ordered separately and follow clause 11.

3. Fees and payment

You pay 50% of the launch fee to start, after our kickoff call where we agree on what we build. The other 50% is due when you approve the finished site.

The monthly maintenance fee starts on the day the site goes live and is billed each month in advance.

Prices are those in your order. Taxes, where they apply, are added.

4. Timeline and your materials

We build your site in 2 to 3 business days. The timeline starts when we have the deposit and your logo, photos and the details in your onboarding checklist. If they arrive later, the launch date moves with them.

5. Revisions and approval

Two rounds of changes are included before launch. You approve the finished site in writing, by email or in the shared channel. Approval is when the remaining launch fee becomes due and the site goes live.

After launch, changes are part of maintenance and go live within 48 hours.

6. Month to month, or a year upfront

Website maintenance is billed month to month. You can cancel any time, with no notice period; maintenance stops at the end of the month you have paid for.

Annual prepay: you can pay 12 months of maintenance for the price of 10. If you cancel during a prepaid year, unused full months are refunded.

7. You own your domain and content

Your domain, logo, photos and written content are yours. The site we build for you belongs to you.

Vektor TMS, the customer portal and the software that shows your Vektor data stay part of Vektor and are not transferred.

8. If you leave

We export your site’s content and hand over your domain’s DNS settings. You keep your domain either way.

The parts that show data from Vektor stop when the Vektor connection ends.

9. Outside costs go to the vendor

Ad budgets, text and WhatsApp message fees, and licenses such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 are billed to you by that vendor, not by us.

10. Accurate content

You give us content that is accurate and that you have the right to publish. We publish content that is accurate and legal to publish, and we can decline content that misrepresents your business.

11. Extras stand on their own

Each extra has its own start and stop date and is billed on top of website maintenance. Usage-based extras are billed by usage, as stated in your order.

12. Price changes

We give 30 days’ notice before a price change. It never applies to work you have already paid for.

13. How you accept these terms

You accept these Website Terms when you tick the box on the "Start your website" form, and again when you pay the deposit. We keep the version you accepted with your request.
