How a shipper treats drivers used to be knowledge that stayed with whoever last went there. The same yard surprised the next driver in exactly the same way, and dispatch found out afterwards.

Driver reviews and the rating breakdown on a facility
Drivers rate the facilities they visit. After a confirmed visit the driver leaves a star rating and a short review, with notes such as truck parking, restrooms and lumper fees. The reviews show on the location's Reputation tab, so the next person sees what to expect before a truck is committed.
This facility's dwell and on-time rate next to the network
Analytics compares a facility against the network. Dwell and detention figures could only be read against your own loads, which cannot tell a slow shipper from a slow week. The Performance tab now puts the network figure beside your own for median dwell, on-time rate and time at the dock, and says how far this facility is from it. That comparison is the argument that gets detention paid.
Set up as facility, right on a stop in the draft
A facility can be created from an order draft. A stop that is not in the system used to mean abandoning the draft, adding the facility elsewhere and starting over. Now a stop that is not a facility yet shows Set up as facility, which opens the new facility with the stop's address already filled in.
One button copies the whole stop
A stop block can be copied whole. The copy button next to Edit on a stop card puts the name, address, Ref #, contacts and note on the clipboard as one block, instead of copying them field by field.
