New features 2
Settlement cycles: pay weeks, a pay calendar and what each period needs
Set a cycle as the days one settlement covers and the day you pay, check every change before it is saved, click through a pay calendar, and see what each period still needs.
Timesheets: approve the hours of staff paid by the hour
Set office staff to hourly pay with their overtime rule, let them submit their week, and approve it in one Timesheets queue that shows the weeks needing a look first.
Improvements 43
Clicking a tender in the orders or manifests grid opens its details; hovering still shows the preview card.
Approvers get a Timesheets screen to review a workweek of hourly staff and drivers, exceptions first.
- Why we changed it
- Approvers approve or return weeks from the keyboard, and approve every clean week at once. People paid by the hour get My hours to enter, certify and submit their week. The screen is under Settings → Driver pay → Timesheets.
Pay plans get one tab bar: Plans, Drivers, Needs attention and Updates.
- Why we changed it
- A Simulation tab prices worked loads and your own load side by side. A plan's Drivers table shows each driver's rate against the plan, and an all-company Drivers page moves selected people to a plan in bulk.
Detected payment imports can be reviewed, with replacements confirmed explicitly, and a saved payment review can be resumed.
On the 1099 Classify tab, debit categories offer Earning Correction (Pay-back), the only debit that reduces Box 1.
- Why we changed it
- A debit category stored as Taxable Income shows as pending with a warning. System categories show the class the 1099 already gives them. Next to the progress, the tab shows how many categories are blocking the year's freeze.
In unsaved-changes questions the stay option reads "Keep editing", and the corner X is announced the same way instead of as "Close".
On the Drivers page, a pay plan's Drivers tab and Needs attention, arrow keys move a row, Space ticks it and Esc clears the selection.
- Why we changed it
- In the versions table, the publisher's name wraps to two lines, with the full text on hover.
A settlement cycle's Overview shows when its open period closes, to the minute.
- Why we changed it
- Closed periods whose pay date passed while driver settlements are not sent or paid are flagged, each with Review in Settlements. The Overview adds a two-month calendar and a pay timeline you can click through.
Loans & escrow on a settlement's Transactions tab can be folded away with Hide details and stays folded.
The Schedule can be filtered by equipment type and by the manifest's trailer, including No trailer.
- Why we changed it
- Filtering this way shows power only loads across all brokers.
Operating Countries and Default Country can be edited in Settings → Company.
- Why we changed it
- An existing list of operating countries cannot be cleared.
A provider page shows how many of its connections work instead of a green "Connected" while one is failing.
- Why we changed it
- Before, the provider header showed "Connected" in green while an account was in Error. The Integrations health table shows calm status labels and clear Fix / Finish setup buttons.
The fleet map has an optional trailer pools layer that groups trailers by facility.
- Why we changed it
- Facility badges open a list of trailers with their position source, distance and age. A trailer outside every facility is listed in the other group.
Add to order docs opens a preview of the detention report with the same GPS and odometer record choice as Send summary.
- Why we changed it
- The GPS and odometer record choice appears only when the truck reported positions.
The cycle Automation tab shows, to the hour, until when loads, fuel and tolls count toward a pay period.
- Why we changed it
- Before, the tab stated the cutoffs as numbers without showing them against the period. The chart also shows when settlements go to review and are paid, and where anything later goes, with worked examples and your own arrival times.
Closing a pay period early now shows exactly what happens before you confirm.
- Why we changed it
- Closing cannot be undone, and for driver cycles the window offers an off-cycle settlement instead. A cycle's Activity reads as plain sentences you can filter and search. New companies get one recommended pay schedule to start from.
Pay plans: driver plan names no longer look the same, and you can select every driver in a queue at once.
- Why we changed it
- Select all ticks every driver the queue and search leave on screen; owner-operators have no checkbox.
The payment import result updates by itself after Confirm.
- Why we changed it
- It says plainly when a result could not be confirmed. The Confirm step shows what will actually change.
Settlement cycle schedules are set as a pay week, with a live before/after preview of the next periods.
- Why we changed it
- The review names the change and lists every affected period. The New cycle window starts from the week most fleets use.
The cycle Periods tab shows what each period needs, such as in review with progress or pay date passed.
- Why we changed it
- A period's details open beside the table, and Adjust dates moves an open period's end. The Drivers tab shows each driver's pay wait against the lease rule and moves drivers from one popover.
While carriers sync, the connection chip in the carriers list shows a progress ring and how far the sync has got.
- Why we changed it
- The connection menu shows a progress bar with the number of carriers synced and the percent.
Add Broker asks for the identifiers used in the broker's country.
- Why we changed it
- Registry details filled in automatically no longer overwrite fields corrected by hand. The Brokers and Customers pages share the compact layout of the Carriers page.
Document templates now work the same way on every tab.
- Why we changed it
- The page has a type rail with template counts and an All templates view. PDF and settlement templates open in a full-page editor with a live preview, and the rate confirmation settings sit on one page.
Pay profiles can move a driver to hourly pay plus their pay plan, where the company has turned hourly driver pay on
- Why we changed it
- A change in a pay profile also records an overtime rule and a reason for the change. After saving, the written pay-change notice can be downloaded.
Pay & tax, payee readiness and W-9 campaigns are shown to everyone allowed to see payees
- Why we changed it
- They offer changes only when the company is set up for them.
The Carriers table can show each carrier's country with its flag, turned on in Manage Columns.
- Why we changed it
- MC, DOT, VAT and EU licence numbers show under compact labels in the table.
The settlement cycles list shows only what needs fixing, with a clickable pay calendar.
- Why we changed it
- Periods, pay dates and pay runs on the calendar open a card with dates, drivers and links. The calendar shows 4 weeks, 6 weeks or 3 months, with Today and week arrows and a list view. A company with one cycle opens it directly.
The 1099 report's classify tab explains vendor 1099s that drivers' pay lowered, floored or took under the threshold.
- Why we changed it
- Before, nothing explained why a vendor's 1099 was $0, missing or much lower. Each vendor now shows what its 1099 shows and what it would be without the settlements where its drivers' pay exceeded its share. The tab also lists the vendor settlements to check.
The pay plan move dialog shows how many unpaid manifests a move reaches and what the driver pay would become if an update runs.
- Why we changed it
- The "Assign drivers" dialog previously priced only one example load. The estimate only informs and never blocks the move.
Alfa ELD, Optima ELD and Top Compliance ELD are set up and managed on the Connections page, like ELD Rider
- Why we changed it
- The integrations catalog shows one card for each instead of two.
The Cap List opens as its own page under Schedule with a cleaner look.
- Why we changed it
- A back arrow sits beside the title, and the share link opens the Cap List itself. The page has ready-day tiles, a trailer filter and the map beside the list.
Paper types can use the Cargo Photo system type for photos of freight, seals, loaded trailers and damage.
Import payments offers a sample file and lists which columns are required.
- Why we changed it
- The "Download sample file" action appears for the "Payments Import" type.
Paper cards on an order show what the AI read on each paper right in the card's status chip.
- Why we changed it
- The chip reads Read · matches, Read · 1 issue, Couldn't read and similar states. Up to four key values show on the card as label and value pairs. A Details chevron opens the checks on the paper, with page links, and every value the AI read.
A paper's status chip on an order settles the paper in place: approve, reject or request a fix.
- Why we changed it
- Request a fix opens already filled in from the first finding: its reason, its page and the finding as the note. A required paper's Missing chip opens that paper's file picker.
The paperwork header on an order says in one line what is missing or wrong and offers the one action that fixes it.
- Why we changed it
- Verify takes one click, and its message has Undo, which reopens the paperwork as "Verified by mistake". When an order has more than one set of papers, each header names its set.
The Documents tab on an order responds the moment it is pressed.
- Why we changed it
- On the orders page, Escape used to close the whole order panel while a popup, menu or window was open over it. Now the open popup closes first, and the next Escape closes the panel.
The pay plans list is easier to read: plan names are no longer cut off and statuses are quieter.
- Why we changed it
- Each plan takes two lines: its name, then what it pays.
The Trailers view of the map shows dropped trailers by default, alongside active ones.
- Why we changed it
- Before, the default filter showed only active and in-service trailers. Trailers on the map carry a badge such as Next stop, Free since or Empty. Selecting a trailer lists its manifests with the truck and drivers, so you can see which manifest dropped it there.
Trailer details show the trailer's active or most recent manifest, with its status.
- Why we changed it
- The manifests table on a trailer has Truck and Drivers columns. A trailer that cannot be found shows an error page instead of loading without end.
An imported payment adjustment on an order links to the import row that recorded it.
- Why we changed it
- It appears on each adjustment in Order details > Financials and in the billing order panel.
Pay plan pages have a cleaner, easier-to-read design.
- Why we changed it
- Rates and how they are worked out show in full. The plans list shows who is on each plan as a row of avatars.
Fixes 40
Loaded and empty miles in the order's manifest header are fully visible again.
- Why we changed it
- The tooltip on the miles still opens with "Estimated".
Recurring orders: To review shows due times in the company's time zone and opens instantly.
- Why we changed it
- Escape clears a selection in To review and the list. In review mode, setup says "Nothing is created when you save: each due date waits for approval."
Carrier and broker details can be edited with readable phone fields on small screens.
Settlement totals on driver and vendor profiles no longer subtract a negative balance twice when the next settlement already deducted it.
Driver hours settings explain that a prepared paid-time policy can become the default once timesheets from ELD logs are switched on
- Why we changed it
- A policy prepared before then no longer offers "Make default". A new version draft with unsaved changes asks before a reload or a move off the page; until now the draft was lost without a word.
Choosing a stop's location on the map no longer puts a plus code into its address.
- Why we changed it
- Closing a confirmation or menu returns keyboard focus to the control that opened it.
On the new order screen, Set on map keeps Confirm disabled until the first pin's address is found.
- Why we changed it
- If the address lookup fails, the pin can still be confirmed by its coordinates.
When a map pin's address can't be found, the stop keeps the pin's coordinates as its address instead of an empty or outdated one.
- Why we changed it
- BOLs, documents and invoices print the coordinates with an empty city.
Settlement cycles closing at 11:59 PM or 11:55 PM show, preview and save as End of day.
- Why we changed it
- The preview and the review showed periods ending at 11:58:59 PM, while the save produced End of day. Under the time field, the editor now says the period includes the whole closing day and ends at midnight.
An hourly staff member's pay profile asks for an overtime rule: Weekly 40 hours or California daily.
- Why we changed it
- Saving without one shows "Choose an overtime rule."
The Reported column in the ETA tracking popup on the manifest map shows the date as well as the time.
- Why we changed it
- It matches the Arrives At column, for example 04/29 19:17 EDT.
A service provider's ZIP+4 code, like 12345-6789, now shows and is kept when you create or edit the provider.
Changing a filter, the search, the cycle or the period on the settlements list clears the row selection.
- Why we changed it
- Before, a search that hid a selected settlement left the bulk toolbar in place, still showing "1 selected". Paging, sorting, the Show % display toggle and opening a settlement keep the selection.
Invoicing company logos accept only PNG or JPEG files up to 2 MB.
- Why we changed it
- Before, a WebP, HEIC or large logo made every invoice of that company fail to download or send with "Error generating pdf". A file of another type is refused with "Only .png, .jpg and .jpeg files are allowed".
Orders, Tracking, Billing and Database views no longer fail after a custom field used in a saved or restored filter is deleted.
Typing a search key such as order_id: before its value no longer flashes an error on the orders and manifests lists.
Debits and credits can be added to vendor and company settlements again.
The pay plan versions table shows who published each version without cutting the name off.
- Why we changed it
- A long name wraps onto a second line, and the full text shows on hover.
The load offer page opens a new session by itself when the old one is no longer valid, instead of showing "session invalid".
A verified order's papers now show they are locked in the document viewer.
- Why we changed it
- Before, trying to change a verified paper failed. The lock notice now shows who verified the paperwork and offers Reopen paperwork. Users who cannot verify paperwork are told to ask someone who can.
A settlement cycle's pay timeline no longer draws review windows or pay dates on top of each other.
- Why we changed it
- Every period bar keeps a label, and the Overview calendar shows one month at a time on narrower screens.
Phone fields keep their validation error when a custom error is cleared.
Advisory paperwork checks now show as a neutral Note instead of a failure.
- Why we changed it
- They sort after the real failures and questions, and the list never opens on one. Appointment comparisons name the rate confirmation and show times in the stop's time zone.
Sync on a settlement now tells you when the totals are still being recalculated instead of reporting them as synced.
The timesheets queue header keeps the week's arrows beside the title and shows when a week has no approval deadline.
The pay plan move dialog's estimate counts only the drivers you are moving
- Why we changed it
- Before, it also counted every driver already on the target plan.
The pay schedule editor offers periods of 1 to 4 weeks; longer cycles already saved keep their length.
- Why we changed it
- Before, the editor offered 5 to 12 weeks, which the server refused to save.
Pay cycles that close at 12:00 AM read as the end of the day before, such as "End of Sunday", on every cycle screen.
- Why we changed it
- The schedule editor's own fields still show the stored closing time.
On the Cap List map beside the list, clicking a group of trucks now zooms in on it.
- Why we changed it
- At the closest zoom, a group opens the list of its trucks instead of only recentring the map.
Broker editing no longer requires an invisible State field for countries without State options.
- Why we changed it
- Before, Save did nothing and showed no error, even with City and Postal Code filled.
Renaming a vendor or company settlement template right after making it the default saves the new name instead of failing.
A template link with a mistyped or outdated document type opens all templates instead of an editor that cannot save.
The Brokers list loads when a broker has a large legacy DOT number, without losing any of its digits.
- Why we changed it
- Before, one such broker stopped the whole list from showing.
If the connection drops while the Cap List copies its link or creates the embed code, the message no longer says "Failed to fetch".
The Cap List trailer filter now shows only the trailer types your listed trucks have, with counts that match the list.
- Why we changed it
- A deleted trailer type that trucks still use stays in the filter.
