Once a load is tendered to a carrier, the questions are always the same: has the carrier accepted, what are we paying them, and are the driver and the truck reporting. The answers lived on the Tenders page, one click away from the board you dispatch from.
The orders and manifests boards now show each load's carrier tender on its own row, and order details show what is still left to set up.
An E-Tender column on both boards
Dispatch > Orders and Dispatch > Manifests have an E-Tender column. Its first line is the tender's status. While the offer is open, it counts down the time left to accept. Once the carrier accepts, it shows who is tracking: the drivers, the truck and the trailer once they have answered their tracking invite, and the tracking provider.
Tendered loads on the Orders board: the tender's status, the rate offered, and the carrier when it is not the one in the Truck column.
The second line is the money: the rate you offered until the carrier accepts, the manifest's carrier pay after that, and how far the carrier has got with setup. The carrier's name is added only when it is not already in the Truck column.
Hover the cell for the whole tender: its status and timing, the carrier with their phone and email ready to copy, the pay (and the signed offer when the two differ), the acceptance steps, and the tracking state of the truck, the trailer and each driver.
In the order and the manifest
Order details, in the side panel and on the full page, have an E-Tender row that opens the tender. Before the carrier accepts, Offer/RPM opens the tender too. After, Carrier Pay opens the order's Financials. A driver gets a row only while their tracking still needs setting up or has a problem; tracking that is live or finished is on the map. The truck and the trailer show their tracking status under their numbers once they have answered.
The manifest header: the tender accepted, setup 2 of 3 and the carrier pay.
The manifest header shows the same tender at a glance: its status, the setup progress and the pay.
EDI tenders: how long is left to respond
For loads tendered to you over EDI, the Tenders view on the Orders board has a Respond by column that counts down to the deadline, and the board can be sorted by it. The same countdown is in the order header and on Tracking. A tender that runs out stays on the board marked Expired instead of disappearing. Accept is turned off only where the trading partner closes the tender at its deadline; elsewhere a late tender can still be accepted.
The Tenders view is there for companies with an EDI tender connection.
