Your dispatcher picked Ukrainian on their first morning and the dashboard followed. Then they sent a tracking link to a customer in Warsaw, and the customer got English. Both halves are fixed now.
What changed
The dashboard now ships in 39 languages. English, plus Albanian, Armenian, Bosnian, Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, French, Georgian, German, Greek, Hindi, Hungarian, Italian, Kazakh, Kyrgyz, Latvian, Lithuanian, Macedonian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Punjabi, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovak, Slovenian, Somali, Spanish, Swedish, Tajik, Turkish, Ukrainian and Uzbek.
Every locale is translated in full - the screens, the column headers, the state labels and the validation messages - and the ones that existed before were repaired along the way: plural forms that printed the wrong ending for two, three and four, screens that stayed English inside a translated app, and labels that came out in the wrong grammatical case.
Where you will see it
- Settings > Language is a real page. Search the list or browse it by region, with a flag and the native name beside every language, so you pick the one you recognize rather than the one you can spell in English. The choice applies at once and is saved to your account, so it follows you to whatever machine you log in from next.
- The Customer Portal is translated, and carries its own language page. Your customer reads the orders, the stops, the documents list and the invoices you share with them in their language, not in yours.
- A tracking link picks its own language. The recipient opens the link, chooses a language on the page, and reads the stops, the ETA and the status in it. No account and no sign-in.
- The Capacity List and its booking form are translated as well, down to the field labels and the validation messages, so a broker browsing your available trucks and sending a booking request is not guessing at English.
- Tell us when a translation is wrong. Every language page carries a short form: what you saw and where, a rating, Send. Use the same form to ask for a language we do not carry yet. The dashboard also records which language people actually use, so the next round of work goes where it is read.
Why it matters
Settings > Language: search at the top, languages grouped by region with a flag and the native name on each, and the form underneath for reporting a translation that reads wrong or asking for a language we do not carry yet.
A dispatcher reading a screen in their second language reads it slower and trusts it less. That is a safety margin on a load, not a nicety. And the people your team shares a load with are rarely the people your team hired - a broker, a customer's warehouse clerk, a dispatcher at the other end of the lane open a link, and until now that link came in English no matter which language the load itself was being run in. A status somebody half-reads is a phone call somebody has to make.
What is still coming
- Emails. The system email copy is translated. The rollout is not finished, so not every message has switched over yet.
- Documents. Invoices, rate confirmations and the rest of the paperwork the platform generates are being translated now, and will follow in a later update.
