API Connect · partner program for brokers
Two stages. First a free connection: your loads reach carriers on Vektor whose trucks fit, and tracking and paperwork come back to you. Then coverage: offers from carriers who run your lane, for loads that still need a truck.
stage one is free / no TMS change / no commitment

Stage one stands on its own and costs you nothing. Stage two is optional, with terms agreed broker by broker, and starts with one load. No commitment either way.
V1ConnectionFree
We read your available loads, show them to carriers on Vektor whose trucks fit, under your rules, and send location, BOL and POD back to your TMS.
V2CoverageTerms by agreement
For a load that still needs a truck, we find carriers in our network who run your lane, ask them, and deliver their offers to your offer engine or to Vektor. Choosing and booking stay with your team.
Carriers on Vektor run their trucks, schedules and drivers here. The connection puts your available loads in that same place, starting with the carriers that already haul for you, under your rules. Location, status and paperwork come back to you.
One intro call covers the first column. The rest is on us.

Coverage: for a load that still needs a truck, we find carriers that fit and bring their offers to your team. Stage two, below. See coverage
When your loads run on trucks managed in Vektor, tracking links and paperwork should not travel by email. One connection replaces that for every carrier on Vektor that hauls for you. More of your freight in front of our carriers makes Vektor more useful to them, so we build our side.
A carrier on Vektor does not go looking for your freight. It shows up where the dispatcher plans the week and where the driver works.
01
Next to the rest of their market, searchable by lane, equipment and pickup date. Loads that fit the carrier's trucks and lanes rank first. Your booking rules come with the load.
02
Shown against a truck that is free near your pickup that day, so the dispatcher sees the fit, not just the load.
03
Drivers their carrier lets book can see the load in the app. Once booked, the driver checks in at each stop, updates status and uploads the BOL and the signed POD.
Carriers on Vektor plan their trucks here. So Vektor knows which trucks free up near your pickup, with the right trailer and in time, and puts your load in front of their dispatch first.

Sample trucks. Straight-line miles. Hours of service only when the carrier shares them.
Built on the schedules and equipment carriers already keep in Vektor.

A carrier on Vektor books your load and runs it in the driver app. Every update goes back to you against your load ID. If something is late or missing, it says so instead of guessing.

04after the test load
Your loads reach carriers on Vektor. Location, status, BOL and POD come back where you chose.

Coverage is the optional second stage. For a load that still needs a truck, Vektor finds the carriers that fit, asks them, and brings their offers into your workflow. It adds sourcing and replaces nothing: choosing and booking stay with your team.
How sample load 15726 moves through coverage. We do the sourcing; your team gets offers with everything needed to choose. The counts show the shape of the work, not results.
Stage two on sample load 15726, in the order the work happens: match the carriers, ask them, collect their offers, deliver them to your team. Choosing and booking stay with you.

01Match
We match each load against carriers in our network. Public roadside inspections show who actually drives your lane. Your filters keep the right equipment, insurance and safety record, and the match shows who is already on Vektor.

Each matched carrier gets a targeted email with the load and a link to leave an offer: the rate, the truck and its timing, and any notes. When you want them, AI calls reach the best matches who have not answered yet.

Each offer arrives as a coverage package: the rate, the truck and its timing, the carrier notes, and where the offer came from, the email form or an AI call with its transcript. Safety, onboarding with you and whether the carrier is on Vektor sit next to it. Your team compares and chooses.

A new carrier goes through your onboarding provider or your own checklist, the same way it does today. A Vektor account never replaces your approval. What is missing shows on the offer before your team chooses, not after.
