Release notes - 22 October 2026

This release brings new features, improvements and fixes to Accounting, Dispatch and other areas.

Release notes - 22 October 2026

At a glance

  • Drivers do pre-trip and post-trip inspections in the driver app, and reports arrive in Maintenance > Inspections.
  • Drivers rate each pickup and drop-off and read what other drivers said about a place before they get there.
  • Pin a note to a truck for one day or several, right on the Schedule and the Board.
  • Order custom fields marked Show in Driver App, such as tarps and seal numbers, show on drivers' manifests.

New features 5

  1. Notes on the Schedule: tell the next shift what happens to a truck, on the days it happens

Pin a note to a truck for one day or several, right on the Schedule and the Board. Home time, driver swaps, trailer pickups, a PM: the whole team sees it on the right days, and the truck stays open for loads.

  2. Money codes in the driver app: request from the stop, get the code in the app

In the driver app (iPhone 1.11.5, Android 2.2.25 and later), drivers request money codes from a stop. You approve in Money Codes > Requests and choose who pays, and the code appears in the driver's app.

  3. Facility reviews in the driver app: rate a stop, read before you go

In the driver app (iPhone 1.11.5, Android 2.2.25 and later), drivers rate each pickup and drop-off and read what other drivers said about a place before they get there. Reviews show on the location's Reputation tab.

  4. Inspections in the driver app: pre-trip and post-trip from the phone

In the driver app (iPhone 1.11.5, Android 2.2.25 and later), drivers do pre-trip and post-trip inspections: photos, checklist, defects and signature. The report arrives in Maintenance > Inspections for review.

  5. Custom fields in the driver app: tarps, seals and other order details

Mark an order custom field Show in Driver App and turn on View Custom Fields for a driver type. Drivers then see tarps, seal numbers, unload instructions and anything else you track right on their manifests, not buried in notes.

Improvements 50

  1. Creating invoice item categories needs a permission of its own.

    Why we changed it
Every existing role is granted it, so nobody loses the ability on release.
  2. The drivers list on a pay plan opens a panel for each person with their pay plan, plan history, overrides and pay problems.

    Why we changed it
Before, learning a person's history or overrides meant leaving the page. You can move them to another plan from the panel.
  3. The Carriers, Brokers and Customers lists offer an optional Country column.

    Why we changed it
The Brokers list no longer has separate MC and DOT columns, matching Carriers. MC and DOT still show under the company name.
  4. On a verified order, adding a paper offers "Reopen and add paper".

    Why we changed it
Instead of a bare error, the message reads "POD is locked: the paperwork is verified." The button reopens the paperwork with its own reason, "Add or replace a paper", and opens the file picker.
  5. Trailers can be organised into groups, the same way as truck groups.

    Why we changed it
Groups are created, edited and ordered in Settings. The trailers list has a Group column, a group filter and batch actions to assign or remove a group.
  6. The pay plan needs-attention page ranks problems by how serious they are and how much pay is at stake, and opens on the worst one.

    Why we changed it
Before, causes were listed by kind and the page opened on the one with the most rows. Each cause now shows a severity stripe, the manifests behind it, how many an update can fix and the pay at stake.
  7. The pay plan calculator has the same cleaner design as the rest of the pay plan pages.

  8. The pay plan Updates tab has the same design as the other pay plan pages.

  9. The manifest view can be resized between the summary and the tabs, and its notes panel can be hidden, as on orders.

    Why we changed it
Before, the summary had a fixed height and the notes column was always open. The choice to hide the notes is remembered in this browser.
  10. The pay plan editor's header, conflict notice and save bar have the same design as the rest of the pay plan pages.

    Why we changed it
The rule list, rule sheet, team rules, details and impact sections follow the same design.
  11. The pay update pages (review, progress and result) have the same cleaner design as the rest of the pay plan pages.

    Why we changed it
Summary figures on the review wrap instead of being cut off.
  12. When you upload several rate confirmations, you can create all of the orders at once with Submit all.

    Why we changed it
Submit all appears when two or more drafts are open. Drafts that still need fixing stay open.
  13. The Order report can be grouped and filtered by the agent who covered the load, with a Covered by column.

  14. Needs attention shows how many manifests an update would rebuild or adjust, and what they pay now, before you review it.

    Why we changed it
Before, you only learned what an update would do after opening the review. Ticking rows also shows how many rows in view an update cannot touch, such as sent or paid or fixed pay. J and K, or the arrow keys, walk the ranked causes and open the one they land on.
  15. Billing's order panel shows the order's paperwork checks in place (Pages · Read all · Checks) instead of opening the order in a new tab.

    Why we changed it
Checks lists failed checks first, and the chosen check opens under its row with the page it was read on, Accept and Request a fix. The chosen view is kept per browser, so J/K through the list stays on Checks.
  16. When a pay plan assignment is dated too early, the dialog offers the earliest allowed date in one click.

    Why we changed it
A Use button with the date fills the From field and clears the error.
  17. On Planning → Tours, laptop screens keep the tours list readable when a manifest is open.

    Why we changed it
The map starts collapsed there and opens with one click.
  18. The pay plans list can switch between Comfortable and Compact row spacing.

    Why we changed it
The choice is remembered in this browser.
  19. When a pay plan merge is dated too early, the merge dialog offers the earliest allowed date in one click.

    Why we changed it
A Use button puts the date in the From field and re-runs the preview.
  20. Order payments show Invoiced, Paid, Credits & adjustments and Balance due, with an Add adjustment button.

    Why we changed it
Adjustments now also appear in the Edit Order window, under Invoicing & Payments. A manual adjustment can be a write-off, short pay, chargeback, chargeback reversal or overpayment. An open short pay with a balance left offers Write off remaining balance in its Review menu.
  21. The page preview in an order's Documents tab has an "Open in new tab" button, so the full-size file opens in one click.

  22. Any page of a PDF document can now be cropped in the document viewer, for example to trim a photo of a POD down to the paper.

    Why we changed it
Before, crop worked only on a single JPG or PNG photo. A Crop button sits beside each PDF page with the rotate and remove tools. The crop is saved with the other page changes as a new version.
  23. In the paper viewer, an order's papers are approved, rejected or sent back from the same status chip as on their cards.

    Why we changed it
A paper the AI check approved says "Approved by AI". This applies wherever the viewer opens: the order edit dialog, the billing panel and the documents review queue.
  24. The settlement cycle calendars show bank holidays, and a pay date on one, such as Christmas, says the banks are closed that day.

    Why we changed it
Before, neither calendar knew holidays, so a Friday pay date on Christmas looked like any other Friday. Both calendars name the Federal Reserve holidays and mark the weekdays Reserve Banks close.
  25. A settlement cycle's Activity has an Automation filter and lists every change to the cycle's automation settings with who made it.

  26. Trailer Pools has its own page beside Trailers and Trailer Companies, opening on a split table and map view.

    Why we changed it
On the map, the Trailers view has a Pools sub-view that lists trailer pools and shows their par and health. Driver Details has a Custody Timeline tab.
  27. Once an order's paperwork is verified, a paper's status chip says it is locked and offers Reopen and change status.

    Why we changed it
A paper still waiting for review can be approved without reopening. Anyone else is told to ask someone who can verify paperwork to reopen it.
  28. On an order's Documents tab, A, R and F approve, reject or ask a fix for the focused paper.

    Why we changed it
Verify's Undo now shows right by the Verify button.
  29. Trailer Analytics shows a day-by-day occupancy matrix for 14, 30 or 60 days.

    Why we changed it
On Trailer Details, the Map and Edit buttons stay on one line.
  30. Trailer Analytics flags overdue and expiring loadout returns and deficit trailer pools.

    Why we changed it
The Longest-Sitting Trailer Leaderboard exports to CSV. When creating or editing a trailer, the return due date fills in from the acquired date and free days.
  31. Trailer pickers show cargo state, idle age, distance and loadout return countdown on each trailer.

    Why we changed it
Returned loadout and interchange trailers are no longer offered for assignment.
  32. Settings > Document types has an AI setup page that shows what the assistant reads and checks for your load paperwork.

    Why we changed it
It also shows why, and how it went over 30 days. Any of it can be changed or undone.
  33. The settlement cycles list shows each cycle's driver pay in review and marks a cycle whose pay date passed with settlements still unpaid.

    Why we changed it
Both show in the In review column on Settings → Settlements → Cycles.
  34. The trailer pool statement window shows a live preview of the statement next to its form.

    Why we changed it
The Trailer Pools page filters pools by All Pools, My Pools and My Team's Pools.
  35. In settlement cycles, Adjust dates now checks a new end with the server before you save

    Why we changed it
It shows whether the end would be refused, the pay date it gives and the period that follows. A refused end marks the field invalid, and Save waits for another end.
  36. A chargeback on an order can be reversed in one click from its Review menu.

    Why we changed it
The order's Financials tab shows a badge when it has open adjustments. Invoice payments and adjustments sit right under the customer invoice, above carrier and driver pay.
  37. Open, acknowledged and disputed invoice adjustments can be edited without changing their review state

    Why we changed it
The Billing and Orders Database tables show a badge on the invoice balance of orders with open invoice adjustments.
  38. A trailer pool can have several yard sub-zones, each with a circle or polygon geofence.

    Why we changed it
A pool can have an owner and a team. On the pool details page, Check In All and Auto-Close Ghost Departures settle ghost arrivals and departures found by the geofence.
  39. Driver, truck, trailer and manifest profiles can preview and export their assignment history and custody timeline as a PDF.

    Why we changed it
The buttons are on the Custody & Assignment Timeline tabs and on the manifest's Assignments tab.
  40. Order invoice adjustments can record a factoring fee, filled in one click as invoiced minus paid

    Why we changed it
The adjustment window shows a live preview with the invoice lines, payments received, prior adjustments and the balance due before and after, marked Invoice PDF unchanged. Recording a partial payment offers a checkbox that records the remaining amount as a factoring fee adjustment.
  41. Truck details open on a new Overview tab with a GPS map.

    Why we changed it
It shows the seated driver and co-driver, the coupled trailer and its cargo state, and the last, current and next manifest. Unit #, VIN, License Plate and Toll Transponder copy with one click.
  42. Drivers now open on a map-first Overview tab.

    Why we changed it
The Overview shows ELD duty status with the Drive, Shift, Break and Cycle clocks, and the seated truck, co-drivers and hitched trailer. Trailer pool detention and loadout per-diem charges can be posted directly to order invoice items or customer batch invoices.
  43. Add Invoice Payment and Edit Invoice Payment show a live receipt preview beside the form.

    Why we changed it
The preview shows the balance due before and after the payment, with a PAID IN FULL badge when it reaches $0.00. Add Invoice Item and Edit Invoice Item show a live invoice preview with the line being added or edited highlighted.
  44. Bill Detention and Statement / PDF are available on every trailer pool and facility equipment screen.

    Why we changed it
Before, they opened only from a pool's own page. Trailer Pools and Trailer Analytics keep their view in the link, for sharing and for the browser's Back and Forward.
  45. Companies that never book appointment windows can turn off Range appointments in Settings → Orders, so every stop gets one date and time.

    Why we changed it
The switch, Allow Range appointments, is on by default. When it is off, appointment choices on orders and stops no longer include Range. A stop that already has a range keeps it.
  46. Driver document types can be set to the Social Security Card system type.

    Why we changed it
The driver's SSN then fills their tax profile for 1099s on its own. In Pay & tax, Enter W-9 details has a "Signed W-9 in documents" field. Picking a document there marks the form Signed.
  47. Admins can choose which roles may delete orders and manifests

    Why we changed it
The new Delete Order and Delete Manifest permissions are in Settings → Roles. Every role that exists today has both, so nothing changes until an admin unticks them. A role without them no longer sees the option to delete an order or a manifest.

Fixes 80

  1. A split manifest on a factoring company's Bills tab shows the number people use, such as M-216-B.

  2. The cycle Overview reads "by end of Saturday" in the middle of its loads sentence, not "by End of Saturday".

  3. Create bill with payout preselects the carrier's saved payment term.

    Why we changed it
Before, it preselected the company or factoring default. The Create bill confirmation shows the term, due date and fee the bill will get.
  4. A driver, order or any record opened in a new tab stays in the company you were working in.

  5. Settlement periods that cover whole days read as dates only.

    Why we changed it
A period that changes in the middle of a day shows the time on both ends. Before, the header, Delete period and the Transactions filters dropped the start time.
  6. The pay profile form lines up its paired fields side by side.

  7. A customer role can be saved under a name that only deleted roles use.

  8. Initials in small avatars, such as filters, the settlement header and driver pickers, fit inside the circle.

  9. A driver's Pay & tax tab no longer shifts sideways on smaller screens.

    Why we changed it
The payout methods table scrolls inside its card instead.
  10. Rejected rows on the payment import review show a Rejected chip.

    Why we changed it
A rejected row without its own issue shows its group's rejection reason. When finishing an import sends it back to review, a message says why. An unconfirmed match without an issue shows what it was matched by, such as "Matched by: Load number".
  11. The new order screen offers a safe retry when broker preparation fails temporarily.

    Why we changed it
The retry keeps the same order draft and the fields already entered.
  12. The Empty Time report's period buttons and date range no longer get cut off on laptop screens.

    Why we changed it
They sit in a row under the totals.
  13. In Enter W-9 details, a long state name no longer covers the ZIP code field.

    Why we changed it
It is shortened with "…" inside its own box.
  14. When the browser cannot start WebGL, the map on Manifests and Schedules shows a fallback message.

  15. On Planning > Tours, the "No Tours" card text no longer overlaps the Create Tour button on laptop screens.

  16. On Planning > Tours, the tours list keeps its width on laptop screens, and the manifest panel opens when you pick a manifest.

    Why we changed it
Picking a different tour, or clearing the manifest, collapses the panel again.
  17. A payout batch cannot be created until a company bank account is selected.

    Why we changed it
Service log forms in Maintenance validate their start and end dates.
  18. Failed order draft deletions show an explanation instead of an empty error message.

  19. Driver pay rates show their full precision, so a team split rate reads $0.415 instead of $0.42.

    Why we changed it
The full rate shows on the manifest's Driver Pay tab, the pay update preview and the settlement statement.
  20. Custom fields created for trailers now show and can be edited inside the trailer's details, not only as a column in the Trailers table.

  21. In Record payment, the date field lines up with the amount and its calendar icon sits inside the field.

  22. The Expenses chart on a manifest keeps its size when you drag the divider to resize the top of the page

    Why we changed it
Its total no longer spills onto the list next to it.
  23. In the schedule config dialog, the break start and finish times sit side by side under the Break Enabled checkbox.

  24. On a team's page in Settings → Teams, the Drivers, Trucks, Trailers, Members and Customers tabs stay in one row on laptop screens.

  25. The hints on the Create settlements tabs show their full text instead of being cut off.

  26. The pagination under the Tours list stays readable when a tour and a manifest are open on a laptop screen.

    Why we changed it
Prev/Next turn into arrows instead of being cut off.
  27. Saturday and Sunday are readable again in the Days of Week picker of schedule configs in the dark theme.

  28. The Create Service Provider window shows the whole form again, without a sideways scrollbar, including when opened from a service log.

  29. In a new service log, the driver picker under Deductions uses the full width, so driver names and their statuses are no longer cut off.

    Why we changed it
In every driver list, a long name or phone ends in an ellipsis so the driver's status stays visible.
  30. In dark mode, the width label shown while you resize an Orders or Manifests column is readable again.

  31. In dark mode, the Total toggles in Manage Columns are visible again.

  32. In a truck's settlement config, the hint next to the vendor now shows its full text instead of being cut off.

  33. On the Drop Loaded & Pick Empty map, the stop badge now says Drop Loaded / Pick Empty instead of the opposite

    Why we changed it
The map badges stay readable in dark mode.
  34. In the dark theme, the How it works? button on the MCP settings page no longer disappears on hover.

    Why we changed it
The example dots under "Try these requests" show again in the dark theme.
  35. Settings → Mailing no longer cuts off its tabs, headings and Add buttons on smaller screens.

  36. The order details panel no longer hides under the sidebar on 13" laptop screens; the order number, totals and tabs are fully visible.

  37. The Roles & Access settings page fits on smaller laptop screens.

    Why we changed it
The role name, filters and permission names no longer overlap or get cut off. When space is tight, categories are picked from a dropdown.
  38. The Total Unpaid chart on Analytics keeps its total inside the ring on laptop screens, including totals of a million or more.

  39. On an order's Stops tab, the manifest card spans the full width of the stops when there is no stops filter.

  40. In Settings → Company, the light and dark logo buttons no longer overlap each other or the company name on laptop screens.

  41. In Settings → Profit Engine, the Add Cost Item and Add Category button is no longer cut off on laptop screens.

    Why we changed it
When space is tight, the button becomes a "+" icon with its label as a tooltip.
  42. On a driver's Settlements tab, the list has room on laptop screens

    Why we changed it
The notes pane starts closed below 1536px, and the header and page buttons are no longer cut off.
  43. On Settlements, the period picker in the header shows the period's dates on laptop screens.

    Why we changed it
An arrow shows when more header filters are off to the side. The dropdown keeps the full labels with weekday and time.
  44. The Schedules and Tracking lists show their page controls in full on laptop screens.

    Why we changed it
The counters stay on one line and Next is no longer cut off.
  45. The Members settings page keeps its header on one line on laptop screens

    Why we changed it
Before, the search shrank and the invitations sentence wrapped onto several lines. Now the search stays full size, pending invitations show as a short count with the details in a tooltip, and the invite button becomes an icon when space is tight.
  46. On Receivables, the Collections list fits laptop screens: the amount owed, average age and actions are always visible

    Why we changed it
Long client names are shortened, with the full name on hover.
  47. The Update driver pay pages use the same text sizes as the rest of the pay area, and their tables fit narrower screens.

  48. Service log drafts require a transaction category when an owner-operator driver or vendor deduction is selected.

  49. Service Schedule, Service Logs, Recurring Presets and Timesheets show an arrow when more tabs are off to the side on smaller screens

    Why we changed it
The Timesheets title fits on one line on a laptop.
  50. The pay plan lists no longer scroll sideways on narrower screens, and an override shows its rule and difference in one line.

    Why we changed it
Version changes wrap to a second line.
  51. Icons in dropdown lists, such as the money code Category list, are gray instead of black, matching the selected value in the field.

  52. Rates in the pay plan editor show two decimals, for example 0.40 instead of 0.4.

  53. People with the View Full Taxpayer IDs permission can see a driver's full Social Security number in the driver's Pay & tax tab.

    Why we changed it
Everyone else sees which permission it needs.
  54. The Receivables history chart draws every week of the selected period.

    Why we changed it
The Past due and Unbilled panels show a loading or error state instead of $0.00.
  55. Newly created trailer pools now show up.

    Why we changed it
Pools without a primary facility are listed in the map's Pools view and on the Trailer Pools page.
  56. In dark mode, the Custody Timeline tab on driver, truck and trailer profiles is readable again

  57. Labels and icons that disappeared in dark mode are readable again

    Why we changed it
This includes "Add to pay" / "Deduct from pay" in the transaction dialog and the lock icon on locked order paperwork.
  58. On a laptop-size screen, the manifest's Expenses card shows every amount and distance label in full

  59. On laptop screens, a customer's Portal & Members tab shows the portal details on top and the members list at full width below

  60. The page preview keeps its title and page count visible on narrow screens.

  61. The Carriers tab on a factoring company opens on page 1 and its page counter is right

  62. On Fleet → Drivers, all three tabs (Drivers, Payee requests, Branded app) fit on a laptop screen

    Why we changed it
When space is tight, the app status counters show only icon and number, and the name appears on hover.
  63. In dark mode, the selected status filter on the Inspections list is readable again: white text on blue instead of black

  64. In the Billing analytics panel, status names such as Factoring Submitted and Detention Requested show in full

    Why we changed it
A name that still does not fit ends in "…" and shows in full on hover.
  65. A location's opening hours show each day's hours or "Closed" in full on laptop screens

    Why we changed it
Click a day to change it.
  66. The 1099 report's filter bar fits on a laptop screen again.

    Why we changed it
The table's totals row shows how many contractors a filter is showing out of the total.
  67. On Fleet → Trailers, Drivers and other pages with saved views, a narrow header no longer cuts the saved-views button.

    Why we changed it
The views move into the "⋯" menu, which shows how many there are.
  68. On smaller laptop screens, the Drivers page header has room for the full search box and the saved views again.

    Why we changed it
The driver app counters move into one button that opens them.
  69. In dark mode, guide step numbers, the "+" on the Inspections Create button and the Academy "You" badge are readable again.

    Why we changed it
The IFTA map's "Show changes" button shows a clear blue fill when it is on.
  70. Changing the sort on a factoring company's Carriers tab takes you back to the first page.

  71. Order IDs on the Orders tab of customer and broker profiles are shown in full, so orders with similar numbers can be told apart.

  72. An empty notifications list says "No notifications yet" instead of asking you to change filters you never set.

    Why we changed it
The My inbox shows how many of your own notifications are unread instead of the whole company's count.
  73. On laptop screens, the Fuel page header shows the full search box again.

    Why we changed it
When space is tight, the Beta tags on the tabs and then the Import, Export and Collect receipts labels give way, and the labels show on hover.
  74. The Manifests table can be sorted by the Dispatcher column.

  75. On a laptop screen, a manifest's Expenses card now shows the full Estimated Net and the loaded and empty miles, even for large amounts.

    Why we changed it
The miles card shows Estimated and Actual columns with Loaded and Empty rows.
  76. On a tablet, the Billing orders list can go to the next page again, and a truck's page shows its Edit button and documents in full.

  77. With the sidebar collapsed, hovering a section icon shows the section's name at the top of its page list.

    Why we changed it
The name replaces a label that covered the icon above. Every page of the lowest sections fits on screen, and the company logo lines up with the icons.
  78. Creating a payout batch without a bank account selected shows "Missing bank account".

  79. Distance correction names a split manifest by its label, such as M-216-B, instead of an internal number.

  80. Merged PDFs are kept intact and uncompressed when compression fails.
